Problem: If you only want the data removed from your phone and not fix your phone, this is an option. We temporarily fix your phone and move the data over to a memory stick, your new phone, or one of our certified pre-owned phones in our store.

Problem: Your device is not turning on or functioning properly after being exposed to liquid. We only charge if we are successful. The cost will be dependent on if parts are required to fix the device or get the data. If only a water damage cleanup is required the cost is $129.

No warranty on water cleaning  (i.e. motherboard) but a lifetime warranty on parts we replace.
