Problem: You are unable to take a selfie, the picture is blurry/spotty, or the shutter won’t fully open. Your front microphone is not working.

Problem: You are unable to take a back-facing picture, the picture is blurry/spotty, or the shutter won’t fully open.

Problem: Your phone is not taking a charge properly, it won’t charge at all, or the cord does not fit into the port socket properly. Your bottom microphone is not working.

Problem: You are having an issue with your phone charging while using the wireless charger. It may keep disconnecting or not register at all.

Problem: The video you’re recording does not have sound or the person you are speaking with cannot hear you when the phone is not connected to a headset and the speakerphone feature has not been activated. ​

Problem: The home button is not responsive or stuck.

Problem: You are having issues connecting to a cellular signal or the signal is very weak. If "micro-soldering" is required to fix this issue, it will be a different cost. In this rare situation, we would advise you of the cost and ask for your approval before fixing it. If your phone is "blacklisted", it is a separate issue.

Problem: Your device is randomly dropping battery percentage, it’s not holding a charge, or it’s not taking a charge. Our free 28-point diagnostic identifies battery performance to determine the need to replace it.

Problem: The glass covering your back camera is scratched or cracked. Perhaps the picture is blurry due to damage to the lens or the back camera. Bring it in for a free diagnosis.

Problem: You are unable to hear the person you’re speaking with, or you can’t hear them well from the top speaker of the phone.

Problem: You are having an issue with connecting to a Wi-Fi source or the signal is very weak. If "micro-soldering" is required to fix this issue, it will be a different cost. In this rare situation, we would advise you of the cost and ask for your approval before fixing it.

Problem: You have lost or damaged your sim card tray.

Problem: You have an issue with a functionality of your phone but the problem is board related Vs the actual component of the phone and micro soldering work needs to be completed on your board (i.e., Audio IC, Touch IC, Tristar, Camera IC, Back Light, etc. ).

RISK: There is always an element of risk when performing micro-soldering on motherboards. If the repair is not successful, the phone may lose power, or data may be lost.  Therefore, balance your risks and back up your data before agreeing to board work. There is no financial risk to you when we perform board work, as we offer a no fix, no fee service. The Cell Clinic is not responsible for lost data or power to a device getting board work repair.

Problem: You’re experiencing issues related to the software functionality of your device (i.e., restarting on its own, software features glitching, a reset is required, etc.).

Problem: If you only want the data removed from your phone and not fix your phone, this is an option. We temporarily fix your phone and move the data over to a memory stick, your new phone, or one of our certified pre-owned phones in our store. 

Problem: Your device is not turning on or functioning properly after being exposed to liquid. We only charge if we are successful. The cost will be dependent on if parts are required to fix the device or get the data.

No warranty on water cleaning  (i.e. motherboard) but a lifetime warranty on parts we replace.
