Due to a large building fire on April 18, our physical location at 15387-104 Avenue is closed indefinitely. Our thoughts and well wishes are with the electrician who was injured due to the fire.-
Please accept our apology for any inconvenience this causes. As we work through the recovery phase of our business you can still purchase a mobile device through our online store, mail a device for repair, and sell us your cell phone by Canada Post.
If you have a device to pick up we will be in contact with you as soon as fire inspectors allow entry into the building.
Our store remains intact but the building is compromised. Updates will be posted online and you are more than welcome to contact us by email.

Problem: The glass on the screen is broken but there is no damage to the LCD display. You could also be having touch screen issues.

Problem: You’re experiencing issues related to the software functionality of your iPad (i.e., restarting on its own, software features are glitching, a reset is required, etc.).

Problem: If you only want the data removed from your iPad and not fix your iPad, this is an option. We temporarily fix your iPad and move the data over to a memory stick, your new iPad, or one of our certified pre-owned iPad's in our store.

Problem: Your phone is not turning on or functioning properly after being exposed to liquid. We only charge if we are successful. The cost will be dependant on if parts required to fix the device.
