FIRE - CLOSURE UPDATE

Due to the building fire on April 18, Cell Clinic Surrey is still closed indefinitely. The electrician who was injured due to the fire has been released from the hospital.
We hope to access our store within the next couple of days. Once we have our parts/equipment we will offer mobile repairs and free pick-up/delivery for customers who live in Surrey, or within a 10 km radius of our store at 15387 - 104 Avenue.

You can purchase a mobile device through our online store, mail a device for repair, and sell us your cell phone via Canada Post.

Back Camera Lens
Problem: The glass covering one or more of your back cameras is scratched or cracked. Perhaps the picture is blurry due to a damaged lens or back camera. Bring your device in for a free diagnosis.

Problem: The back glass on your 13 Pro Max is damaged.

Problem: You are unable to take a back-facing picture, the picture is blurry/spotty, or the shutter won’t fully open, and your back camera lens may be damaged.
Lifetime repair warranty on camera repair (void if physical damage).

Front Camera
Problem: You are unable to take a selfie, the picture is blurry/spotty, or the shutter won’t fully open. Please note that replacing the front camera will disable the face-ID feature.
NOTE: Check with us on the fix if you're concerned about the FACE-ID being disabled when replacing the front camera. We are able to repair the functionality of the FACE-ID through a board fix (see Board repairs below).

($25 Diagnostic Fee - Waived Upon Successful Repair)
Problem: Your phone is not turning on or functioning properly after being exposed to liquid. We only charge if we are successful. The cost will be dependant on if parts required to fix the device. If only a water damage cleanup is required the cost is $149.
No warranty on water cleaning (i.e. motherboard) but lifetime warranty on parts we replace.
