Problem:  The back glass on your iPhone has been damaged

Problem: The glass covering one or more of your back cameras is scratched or cracked. Perhaps the picture is blurry due to a damaged lens or back camera. Bring your device in for a free diagnosis.

Problem: You are unable to take a back-facing picture, the picture is blurry/spotty, or the shutter won’t fully open, and your back camera lens may be damaged.

Problem: You are unable to take a selfie, the picture is blurry/spotty, or the shutter won’t fully open. Please note that replacing the front camera will disable the face-ID feature. 

NOTE: Check with us on the fix if you're concerned about the FACE-ID being disabled when replacing the front camera. We are able to repair the functionality of the FACE-ID through a board fix (see Board repairs below).

Problem: Your device is randomly dropping battery percentage, it’s not holding a charge, or it’s not taking a charge. Our free 28-point diagnostic identifies battery performance to determine the need to replace the battery.

Problem: You are having an issue with your charge port and your battery won't power.

Problem: The loudspeaker feature on your device has been activated but there is no sound coming from the bottom of the phone if you’re speaking with someone or playing music.

Problem: Your device no longer vibrates when the vibrator is turned on.

Problem: You are unable to hear the person you’re speaking with, or you can’t hear them well from the top speaker of the phone.

Problem: You have lost or damaged your sim card tray.

Problem: If you only want the data removed from your phone and not fix your phone, this is an option. We temporarily fix your phone and move the data over to a memory stick, your new phone, or one of our certified pre-owned phones in our store. 

Problem: Your phone is not turning on or functioning properly after being exposed to liquid. We only charge if we are successful. The cost will be dependant on if parts required to fix the device.

No warranty on water cleaning  (i.e. motherboard) but lifetime warranty on parts we replace.
