• Canadians or permanent residents of Canada 18 years of age or older can apply.
   

• You must have:
   

  • Canadian bank account.
     

  • Government-issued photo ID from a Canadian government (federal, provincial, municipal)

    • Driver's Licence, Canadian passport, Provincial health card (excluding ON, MB, PEI) Canadian Permanent Resident card, Ontario photo card, Government employee ID card, NEXUS or CANPASS card, Canadian Firearms license, Canadian Forces identification card, Police force identification, Certificate of Indian Status, other government-issued photo ID.
       

• If you DO NOT have online banking OR a bank account with one of the following Canadian banks, you will need to bring an original void cheque or bank stamped preauthorized debit form to the store in order to apply:
   

  • RBC, BMO, TD, Scotiabank, Tangerine, CIBC, National Bank, VanCity, Desjardins, ATB, Coast Capital Savings,  PC Financial, Meridian, Laurentian Bank of Canada, HSBC, Equitable Bank, Flints Capital.
